I have to fix cameras and marschalls.  Can you point me to how to do marshalls properly and layouts?
For cameras and marshals you better ask one of the guys with more experience.
Here Schwoni gives a short description  http://forum.kartracing-pro.com/index.php?topic=962.msg5687#msg5687

also the data that is suppose to show in tracked at the bottom is not showing.  Have i curropted my .trp file?
This happens if no (closed) centerline is stamped to the .trp
For creating the new .rdf, I used the version you registered in the stats ( http://www.mediafire.com/?5rc79qrpjj991d8 ).

Hehe, your comparison video looks quite good. ;D

EVO

thankyou for the link, i dont see the marshalls like in schwoni's screen shot

its too bad i am sucky driver.  I found out why the numbers at the bottom went.
I deleted the arial.fnt in the tracked fokder by accdient.

I fixed the replay camera switching by adding more cameras, and added a pitlane camera

Now i going to use a replay of schwoni when we tested for Best line

layout is not required unless I want to do the cadet course. or the large course.
There are three course possibiblies.  But they dont add much to the track think

Did you unzip the misc.pkz and point the Model Path to ...\Kart Racing Pro\misc\marshals ?
After doing this, load your marshals.cfg. Now you should see the guys.

EVO

thanks now to move them i click locate then (z,x,c) but they dont move

I found a sort of work around.  I opened the marshalls.cfg with note pad and edit the numbers save then reload in tracked

You have to press and hold down the key. Now you can move the marshal with your mouse.

Split1 line is too short at the right side. If you drive near the curb without even touching it, your lap is invalid. See the attached picture.

Instead of
-5.000000
5.000000

better use for S1
-3.800000
6.900000

EVO

Thanks again.  Do you know how i can add more segments to my kerbs in 3dsmax?

EVO

when you drive the lydd track you see in the kerbs are very segmented like Gran Turismo 1  I want to make the track up to par with tracks like yours.  so the kerbs need more segments like at warden law and all the others

Try to explain a way, editable poly, edge, select top edge and bottom edge, connect.

EVO

not quite understanding i have the kerb and i want to add vertices so that the kerb as more polygons and looks nice and smooth from the top like your pictures

Select kerb, In modify you will need to use edge, then select 2 edges top and bottom, then in edit edges, connect, The connect will give you more edges = polygons, you can set the connect to what you need, Or you could try turbosmooth but it will round your edges if your kerbs are made from a box, ok with plane.

EVO

can you post a screenshot of the edge edit connect becuase i dont see it
