dedicated server issue

i try to open a dedicated on a server with windows server 2003 x64 OS but i get this error.
it's possible solve it?

There's an extra "kart.exe" in the link

because i tr7 1000 times from program files path so i try to switch the folder,anyway i was an epic noob
with the space it works lol
