It fixes the "Pitlane Full" error and an input calibration bug.
It is only needed by dedicated server admins and those with controls assignment problems.
Please report if it works correctly, so the full build can be updated.

I had pitlane full again... I am sure that I changed the exe in dedicated server computer, but I will try it again tomorrow (when I go to work)

No new problems reported so far with the patch, so it is now integrated with the full build.
