force feedback problem

Hello
I have a Logitech old model driving force steering wheel and the game does not leave me the option to activate the force feedback.
I do not know if this wheel is broken or not activated correctly ...
Can you help me? Thanks.

Usually this problem is solved installing the latest version of the Logitech Gaming Software.
