@PiBoSo Can you please explain how exactly to do it ( full example files ) because I am having trouble doing it.

Where excactly do you have problems? With fbx2edf it works just following the explanations in the track creation rules.
Are you using fbx2edf or the 3ds Max exporter?

Not sure exactly what you are on about.

I didn't understand how to get texture animation to work ( example, a LED side that has text move across the sign )

But thanks to BirelRotax42 ( Ladiesman217 ) we got it working.
