When I enter a race or online practice session, and after a few laps  I get banned from the game. Is there something (I am unaware of) that I am doing wrong?

When I enter a race or online practice session, and after a few laps  I get banned from the game. Is there something (I am unaware of) that I am doing wrong?

yesterday i did some servers, and sometimes people who connect to my server where "ejected" but i did not make it!, this morning i thought, maybe could be fault of the ping limit set, it was 400, but maybe, during lag, ping goes over 400
