How to upload videos from Kart Racing-Pro?

I wanted to upload some of my replays from Kart Racing-Pro but just couldn't figure out how to do it.

Get a video program (eg. Bandicam), make a video, and for higher upload speed you should maybe get a converter program and  convert the video int another format. Then just upload normally.
