Help with suit

Hey guys, i'm making my own suit. I used the template given on the krp site. I was half done, and i wanted to check my progress. So i saved it as a .tga in Photoshop, found the right directory with paintEd, packed it, and then put the suit to karts/kc1/paints. When I went ingame to check the skin, all my other skins were okay, but when i clicked on my WIP suit skin, it loaded for a while, and then showed me the default tony skin... I tried doing the same thing again for 3 times and still I couldn't make my suit work... Any help please ? If I can see it ingame, I can show u awesome pictures of it

The suit goes in the Driver folder, not the Kart folder.

Im pretty sure they go to the Kart folders, because I can select them ingame, but they do not load up. Also i tried to put it in the driver folder and after that the suit disappeared from the select menu of the paint.
