some classes have fixed chassis and fixed bars or without them, would it be possible to have the possibily of setting these things in the "kart".cfg?

for example easy kart has only 40mm axle http://www.easykart.co.uk/karts/easykart-senior/

or in tkm http://www.redlodgekarting.com/Library/ClassTKMJNRSNR2013.pdf : Adjustable or removable rear, front and side torsion bars
are specifically banned.
