multi object??

hello guys, the limits of a rookie came out..
I did not know that the slots in the material editor might end up ... I used all 24 slots for 24 texture, now I can not go on!

as you create multi objects?
can be created without having to remap everything?
I have to group similar texture?

You can use the material editor in different ways you can reset maps then use the slots again you will still have your textures in the scene, But the best way is to use multi sub then keep and name all textures in some order so if you have a problem it will be easier to solve.
