Logitech G27 Wheel & Fanatec Pedals

I have Logitech G27 Wheel & Fanatec Pedals (CSR Elite Pedals). Pedals are connected using separate USB.
KRP is not recognizing pedals in such setup.
When I am assigning inputs, wheel is visible, although there is no reaction when I select accelerator or break (pressing on any pedal does not trigger input selection)
I am pretty sure that such mixture should work, at least working perfectly in Dirt3.

What am I doing wrong?

Have you calibrated the pedals in Kart Racing Pro -> Settings -> Input -> Calibration?
It is possible to select the controller on the top.

It worked for me  .
After selecting Fanatec controller in calibration and pressing pedals, it was possible to assign correct inputs.
