I cant install or play

I NEED HELP! this sim looks amazing and I am thinking about buying but when I try to install the software every thing seems normal until I get to the Installer when i get there and I see the loading bar It goes blank and says complete before I can blink then it allows me to press the next button. then when i see the Icon on my desktop all I see is a piece of paper and if i click on it it tries to seach for the file Kart.exe and never finds it...I have tried repeating the prosses, updating my graphics card and runing as administrator. Nothing works. Please help email me if you have any questions...Or Just Post Here

Have you tried re-downloading the installer?
The size of the downloaded krp-beta6b.exe must be 453,466,623 bytes.

I went to the web site and started the whole procces over again and still nothing. I dont know whats wrong

Which OS are you using?
Please try installing as administrator:
right-click on krp-beta6b.exe -> run as administrator

Windows7 64bit can i just get on to the admin acout and download

it wont let me install as admin ( right click dident work) can you give me a step by step
