At the moment it's not possible to have the server list outside of the master server.

I still have the same problem. No ping and can't join them.

EDIT: Just found out that the problems are here. My teammate can join them, he also see no ping, but he can join them.

Yes and no. Fazza 's servers are behind a NAT router and his ports are blocked (not properly forwarded in the router or blocked by a software firewall).

In this case only people who opened the ports UDP 10600+10610 at their own router can connect. Your ports are still closed (thanks to KPN and their mutilated router firmware) and that's why you have the problems.

To see whether the router or the pc is causing the problem my first step would be to disable ALL firewall and antivirus software on the pc for a test.

If the problem persists, you should have a closer look at the router.
Your port forwardings look like this?

External       Internal           Target       Protocoll
10601 10601 192.168.1.103          UDP
10602 10602 192.168.1.103          UDP
10603 10603 192.168.1.103          UDP
10604 10604 192.168.1.103          UDP

10611 10611 192.168.1.103          UDP
10612 10612 192.168.1.103          UDP
10613 10613 192.168.1.103          UDP
10614 10614 192.168.1.103          UDP

I see that a normal ping to your public IP is blocked which is no problem, but maybe there are other security features activated in your router or cable modem which prevent the communication. Virgin Media's FAQ says that they don't block ports in the range which you are using.

Fazza

ok so i disabled all firewalls on server and on the router and still i see no ping

ports i have open are 53 tcp/udp and 10600-16010 tcp/udp im running windows server 2008
and my router has custom firmware DD-WRT v24-sp2 on a dlink dir615
all ports are forwarded to 192.168.1.103 my dedicated server machine

how do i allow pings to my external ip address ???

Why only port 10600 to 10610? Try opening 10600 to 10620. Only UDP is needed.
Port 53 is only needed for DNS resolution, you don't need to forward it.

It's not necessary for running the dedicated servers.

Still no ping.
The link only shows how to enable ping in the internal network.

can you ping my server now thou ? in command prompt ?

im now trying this

http://www.hosting.com/support/windows-server-2008/enable-ping-for-windows-server-2008

dibu

Of course no, because your server is behind a NAT router. The link you posted will not help to solve your problem with the KRP servers.
Did you expand the port range to 10600-10620?

Fazza

just expanded port range and still the same
