poll not working

the poll when on a online race doesnt work sometimes.  all of us in the race had to leave, we tryed to do a restart of pre-final(some of us got DSQ) and everyone voted yes and it came up every time saying No: 2 Yes: 3     Rejected     that was every time we did the poll.  it wasnt saying accepted even with 3 saying Yes and 2 saying No

yeah but everyone said they said yes!!!!!!!!    they were sure of that,i dont think they were lying!
