It takes a while like it would in real life, you need more peopel driving to dry it out

Note: 20 is the maximum value and it only works in testing mode. Not online

or you can accellarte the process
add this to your profile.ini file in your Profile folder in
MY DOCUMENTS >PIBOSO> KART RACING PRO> PROFILES > PROFILE NAME
