Admin in a server...

If somebody enter a server as admin and then clicks on admin.... when i did this it changed  to a different page where i could change all settings. And when i clicked on the tracks , all the tracks that are in my game appeared even though i had not installed any extra tracks in my server on my second pc I was able to select a track .. but then the server crashed.... Why are tracks showing that are not in server.... maybe this can cause of a few problems ..
I have now copied my tracks file and it all works really good.... If the server crashes can you renter as admin or must it be reset from my second pc i have not managed it yet and had to restart from 2nd pc
