Are marbles physical or just for show, Are these updates going to affect fps, as people are have problems with some tracks, looks great.

Marbles are obviously physical. They stick on the tire and lower grip if you drive on them.
They have an impact on fps, but it is possible to disable the graphics part.

Yes, you are right. However the feature is still work in progress, so it will be tuned and improved a little before release.

The new chassis will not be ready for Beta5.

yes they are smaller because with big radiator we have problems with them.
