tires vibration at near-zero speed

I have the same extreme vibration with the Logitech Driving Force GT if I let go of the wheel. I am using 115 FF in game and 104% in Logitech Profiler. No dead zones at all.

It is a known problem. The vibration bug fixed in Beta4 was a different one.
