Your hardware probably isn't good/fast enough to run the game at its minimum requirements.

That's what I was thinking also but I don't know how to check the specs of my video card and I'm not sure if my DirectX is updated. Could it be either of those causing the problems?

Bug reports / Simulator does not play smoothly
June 21, 2014, 03:47:39 PM
Whenever I play the demo, it is very choppy and the right side of the screen fluctuates from dark to normal.  The audio is also choppy and the kart engine sounds like sirens. My first problem fixed itself but I don't know what is causing this one. Also when I change the resolution in game, it changes for a fraction of a second then goes back to normal. Does anybody know what may be causing these problems?

could you use a stock G25 or G27 brake in the same way you did

Are your pedals in any way modded because I know for the G27 and G25 there are many mods to make the brakes better

No idea. I have not pulled apart a set of those pedals before. Sorry I can't help.  Good luck with your project, and make sure you post photos!

Thanks for replying I think there might be a way to do it if you connect the potentiometers to the kart pedals.

I like the way you setup the pedals. Do you have any idea on how to do that with those cheap thrustmaster pedals that come with the 458 italia because I have those and I'm planning on doing a very similar project.
