No idea. I have not pulled apart a set of those pedals before. Sorry I can't help.  Good luck with your project, and make sure you post photos!

Thanks for replying I think there might be a way to do it if you connect the potentiometers to the kart pedals.

If you can work out the pin out for the connector, the voltage and the resistor values, you could hook up any type of pedal system you want to eg. Hall sensors.

Are your pedals in any way modded because I know for the G27 and G25 there are many mods to make the brakes better

Only the brake. I have an AP Electrix load cell installed.

could you use a stock G25 or G27 brake in the same way you did

Yes. It only changes the feel of the action. My pedals are basically standard, all I did was mount them on the chassis.
