No Karts Folder

Well I bought the game today after playing the demo for a couple days and I tried to download some karts. So I downloaded a kart and tried to find the folder, C:\Program Files (x86)\Kart Racing Pro (Yes, I have a 64 bit version of Windows.) But the only two folders are docs and plugins. I am sure there is a simple fix to this, and that there is a topic somewhere, but I'm still learning the fourm. Any help will be appreciated.

Yeah. I found that you guys had one. It's funny, I always tell the new guys on the other games to use it, well thanks for your help. Even though I have one more question: My friend and I tred to host a server, but whenever I tried to connect to his and he tried to connect to mine, it says connection timeout. So we agreed the server was just down.
