Start problems

I tried to run just double-clicking on the icon - nothing. Tried to run by administrator - nothing. Windows 7.

Same here... I double click it, and it doesn't run. Tried also to install it without installing OpenAL32, but then it says that there's OpenAL32.dll file missing, although I putted it that file on C:\Windows\System32 folder
