i literally said im not trying to be an asshole, like im not and i didnt flame you I simply said its pointless to answer a question you dont actually know the answer too, was a I a bit harsh in the way I delivered it? Debatable but was I insulting or did i tell you off? No I wasnt.  If you feel im kinda always an asshole that is your opinion and to be frank i dont care about it, I will make my posts as i see fit if theyre a little rude or crass then so be it if you dont like that then maybe i suggest you develop a bit of a thicker skin or simply ignore me.

to answer the question, visor should be named visor.tga. You'll need a helmet.tga or else the helmet will be white (or something like that I don't actually know never tried)

Paint Read: allows you to unpack any .pnt file (use the unpack button for that)
Dir Read: allows you to find the two files listed above (Visor/helmet.tga) (use the pack button after you've named it)
reload: When you're making a paint it helps to constantly check so this way you can just constantly see the changes
the name field is what it shows up in game as.

FBX was always an issue for me exporting engines seemed to work occasionally but tracks never worked and the bodywork i tried the axis were absolutely ruined or something as everything was 90 degrees to some direction, immediately tried reexporting through 2010 worked fine no changes in model literally just didnt use fbx

you must use 3ds max 2010 because we still haven't received an update to the exporters.

Mate don't take it so seriously, I didn't see the track part so error on my part but as you said you're an adult so I would figure you can find the track request section with out much trouble and without my help.

To be Fair easiest would be for you to make it, Gimp is free Photoshop is better but obviously costs. Painting is super is easy

Fixing servers v. adding AI hmmmm which one is easier? heres a hint its fixing the servers, AI are something that is stupid challenging to set up and get to behave accurately.

Mate you have to understand, there is one active modder on this game who does engines and hes got his projects. Now I could update and release my OK mod but to be frank I see it as a waste of my time, this forum is pretty much a total ghost town and the effort required to update 4 engines on all karts with all the things I had to do to get it to work for old betas is pointless when there are still people on this forum who like to take things from their authors and especially when I dont even have the game installed anymore. The previous DD2 mod was outdated before this beta and was a very half assed maybe max will do one I dont know. Im sure max would love to do a rotax 100cc mod as he has quite to obsession with vintage motors. My suggestion though if you really want these in games what you  should do is learn to mod yourself besides the actual 3d modeling side its amazing easy to do. heres a very rough video I made a long while back that should help you learn. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EwfrbvO61AM
