This little track here is my actual home track. It is located beside the Halifax Exhibition Centre in Goodwood, Nova Scotia.

The track plays host to just club racing with LO206's at the moment, but I hope one day it gets more attention as it is quite underrated in my opinion.

As this is a W.I.P, there are a lot of problems and missing things. Such as:

Kerbs that are smaller than RL and are sticking up in the air some
The Broadcast camera not working properly
Crappy main track textures
Missing paint lines for other roads
A proper looking paddock
and more!

I just wanted to get it out there because I want small local tracks like these at least public.

I used OpenTopography 90m data (maybe would've been better to use 30m) to get the elevation, no fancy LiDaR or eyeballing, as one don't have the money, and two don't have the patience.

Please understand I am not an expert on 3D modeling, I am very new to this hobby and this is now my second* track I have made. I am learning though!

A weird one, I am trying to do a basic version of East Coast Karting, and it crashes on track graphics. Any idea on what could cause it?

This is East Coast Karting, a small club circuit in Dieppe, New Brunswick. A semi-home track of mine, and is host to Briggs LO206 Racing. It used to host Rotax and Honda as well for the Championship Kart Racing Association. Around 600 metres long and is one of the quickest race kart circuits in Atlantic Canada.

Please understand that this is not good, there are many issues with the track either because I made a mistake, or textures would not load in for some reason. I am learning though!

Issues: Track is floating a little off the ground, so you can see through. The lines are a little elevated, so its like a small speedbump. The ECK sign is a little glitched. Fencing is only visible on one side, and it has a weird effect I cant really explain. Some textures are missing so a few objects are just white. (except the rectangle you see down the straight, that was purposely cause I gave up lol)

Plans on the go: Better grass texture, CW version, 3D kerbs, all buildings around, trees, a bit of terrain change around the track cause theres a bit.

Pardon the image quality below, I used an image compressor. So some textures in the picture just look wrong.

New Problem, texture shows black when trying to paste onto a plane. I cant really find any useful things about it, so I came to ask y'all if you could help me out with what the problem is.

Yeah, so I made a mod track of East Coast Karting, (its really basic but whatever) and ive done the transferred files from other tracks and editing them, conversions, etc. All for it to not show ingame, what on earth am I doing wrong? I attached a photo of the file below.

Hello all, so i've heard that KRP is lacking Brazilian tracks for the game. I was wondering if anyone was willing to do a conversion of Velopark from Automobilista 1 to Kart Racing Pro.

Now this is a weird one, but I was sort of wondering this after doing some research on more dashes for KRP. I found EVO's website for all of his mods. Now the drive is not accessible, you gotta request to even get into it. However, I was curious if the dashes he made before even work in the games current state. I do understand that EVO has not been active, i'd assume he moved on with his life, which is perfectly fine. To the people who installed one of his dashes and still have it installed, do any of his dashes even work with the newest update?

Hello KRP Forums, I already asked this question in the SKM forums, but I wanted to ask here as well to see what answers i'll get. I am politely asking if someone can make the new Kartbahn just outside of Halifax. I have more Information on the SKM Forums if you want to see some images, an onboard lap, and the website for the club there, AMKA. (Atlantic Motorsports Karters Association.)

If someone can make either version, (the track was renewed as 4/3/23, adding fake grass and gravel traps.)

P.S. If you want an aerial view for 3DSmax or something to do the outline, you have to go on apple maps, as the track aerial view is only on Apple maps as of me writing this.
You can also find a couple more pictures on the AMKA website, and a couple online, as there is not many pictures of the track in its entirety.
