i have just changed them all to how it says they should be, and still has the same error. Would it help if i sent the .fbx file so you can see if there are any problems?

Track Editing / Error when converting to .MAP

When i try too convert my .FBX file into a .MAP file it comes up with this. How can i fix this?
ERROR: bitmap C:\Users\fredg\OneDrive\Documents\3ds Max 2022\export\ is invalid or non-existent.
Any help would be muchly appreciated.
