Kart Editor

How about a user interface like tracked and painted which allows us to create our own karts. We could create user defined engines, gearboxes and chasis. So also more exotic or historic kart classes could be modelled.
I've already the name: karted .

I dont know how hard it would be to make this kind of editor, but I really like the idea  But... could you please explain a bit more in detail what you had in mind
