Resolution on 4K Samsung tv

Hi all,

Just trying the demo and have set the max resolution but not sure the game is using it. Is the menu resolution lower than the in game? Have noticed some jaggies in game, can I get rid of them?  I noticed that in settings for resolution and FOV there is also a number in red alongside the value that you set, what is the red number?

The red value in the FOV setting is the actual angle, adjusted for the widescreen monitor, used on track.

What is the red resolution? I do not think it is setting the resolution on my TV correctly. The ini is blank for X and y and refresh. I tried editing the ini but when the game started same problem. Any ideas pls as I need to sort this out before purchasing.
