Help me to add mods to Kart racing pro!

I know that this question has been asked hundreds of times but I can not seem to be able to add mods to KRP?
I download a paint for etc and then click file location and then put it in the bodyworks folder but nothing happens.
could anyone please help me and tell me how to do it properly!

Why don't you look at the yellow special post in paints.

Tracks you just need to make a folder and put the track in there.
