I was wondering if anyone could make(or already have) a 19hp Rok Junior Engine/Kart
Ask for questions about rpm etc.

Don't really know what a dyno is, can you explain it ?

Dyno is the thing where a kart stands on and goes onto the throttle, to find out the torque curve and whp of the engine.
