How to remember steering wheel between SIM restarts

Hi all,

I'm new to Kart Racing Pro, but I LOVE it so far! 

The issue I'm having at the moment though is that, after every restart of the game, I have to recalibrate and configure our Logitech GT Force steering wheel. I've played with the Profiles a bit, but it seems that all settings in the game are generally preserved between restarts EXCEPT for the Steering Wheel. Searching through the forum, I've found others with similar problems, eg:

Make sure that you plug in your wheel before starting up Kart Racing Pro. This is typically the issue and is easy to resolve. Hope it helps!
