I had the same problem with beta 1 and beta 2, this was not clear. Now in beta 3 is clear though, you only have to realize how the HOST button changes from "HOST LOCAL" to "HOST WORLD" (before beta3, HOST was only host in both cases)

thats right......it think that these things are to complicated for people who dont sit at the pc all day
