Well,the strange thing is that I had no problems with the Beta10 too.But when I updated to 10b today,the chaos started..Nevermind,as I said - I will just wait till the next update,whenever that is..
And just to mention - the changes are really good..I played for a while now and really liked it,except this FFB thing.Keep up the good work

FFB (G27, KZ1) is fine now. Also up- and downhill passages (Nordschleife, Yosemite-Park) give me the right grip feeling again (in opposite to beta10a).

Reinstalled the FFB drivers and everything worked.And for second time - the update is a blast

I write here too, after writing it in the bug section...

i have this error with beta 10b, with 9 everything worked fine...just start the session (I tried only offline) KRP crashes and on the desktop shows the error message...
the strange thing is that at the first start i had 2 rounds of testing and was worked normally.
I followed the installation wizard in the specific topic and there's nothing different than usual...
error messages (before the ode internal error, then when you press ok the other is shown):





Windows 8.1 64bit
Intel Q6600 2.4 ghz
Ati HD6850
8GB ram

i tried the clean install several times, only keeping the license file. I also tried to disable the FFB but nothing changes.
the game load the track and the kart. the kart is off and i can move the wheel and the pedals. when i pres "A" to start the kart, the game crashes.
Logitech g27 (modded manufactory, but the the error occurs even using it in stock mode)
Logitech driver 5.10

in the end, after many tests, i solved the problem using version 10 (not 10b)... if I use the 10b version the game crashes just enter in the track.
I hope that piboso understands the problem and fix it in the next version.

any news about my problem?! I tried to do other tests using version 10b but no good news. always the same problem.
I think that there is something in the file kart.exe (10B) which creates problems in my configuration.
if i use the version  10 (not B) of the file kart.exe the game works, but if i put linearity of FFB at 100% in game menu, the FFB is practically flat...

hi, i just downloaded beta 10, copy and pasted the exe file into my folder but now i get nothing. i bought the game originally, i am running windows 7. Any help is appreciated.

i also tried the directions posted and now nothing works

The latest build already integrates the patch, so there is no need to download the EXE file:
