Online Racers

Over the last few days, I have noticed that people in online sessions have been creating problems. Things such as using admin power and banning/ejecting individuals that they don't like, or just driving backwards. I know that some people are just "trolling", but when you get banned from a server because you were the fastest in practice/qualifying, or just being there, it's annoying. If I insulted anyone with my driving (don't know how), I'm sorry, but can we just stop being so bitter towards other people? What causes this guys? Thanks.
