HDRI plugin

What about including the ENB series plugin taken from GTA?
This could bring to the game more realism graphically with a minimum of work.
Piboso, do you think that's it is possible?
I tried to put the D3D9 and the .ini files in the root game folder but this had no effects ingame.

Will the performance be much affected?

There is many graphical improvements with the ENB.
You can set in the ini file :
1- A motion blur (But don't work really well)
2- A depth of field
3- An ambiant occlusion
4- Color correction (allow to desaturate the colors to give a better realistic effect)
5- A real time bloom (The best thing that improve the realism)
6- Live reflection (but not necessary in KRP cause it already has)

You can enable or disable each things.
Of course, the performances are necessarly affected by this.
The occlusion isn't really necessary and take too much memory to work.
In rFactor, I only kept the bloom. It don't need much memory and gives enough realism.
I just desaturated a bit the colors to finalize it. Color correction don't use any memory.
So finally, the plugin don't affect too much the performances of the game. Maybe over 10 FPS. Depend though on which PC you have.

Rfactor 2 would get his own HDR plugin, that is the same as what is called ENB.
Here is a screen comparison.
Note that the image only cencerned the HDR. You can't see any other things like Occlusion.

that's a great improvement.
I think that would be great, and if we can change the ini file to fit our computer's performance, it's even better.
I'd really like to try that. It takes the game to a whole new level

The ENB series wont work for this game because Kart racing PRO is an openGL application. However, I did a Google search for openGL injectors and i found one, but it seem to not work...

OK thanks alike I didn't understand why it didn't work. I've tried many things and the injectors too but no way to make it working.
I will see this with Piboso if he can do anything.
I think that Enb could really improve the game.
