hi! im new here...have several problems about how to setup my wheel to be realistic like in real kart.
its g25. to make 100% similar to real cart is it 180?or 270? and pls give me some screenshot for realistic feeling!about ffb,how much linery wheel range in game etc...everything!
and thx very much!

Set it up to the full range of your wheel and the game sorts it out to a realistic lock to lock range and steering rate. As for linearity and the rest in game, leave it as default. In the Logitech profiler I use 101%, 0%, 0%, 0%, 900* with centering spring unticked, report combined pedals unticked, allow game to adjust settings ticked. ;)

Muhi

you use 900 degrees when you drive? :-\

Yes but the game automatically limits it to the right lock to lock range for you. It is set to 900 degrees but I only get something like 270 degrees in the game.

Edit: it's actually a little over 180.

Muhi

and what about steering in kart setup?
there are some options like STD or something like that and MAX?

Nathan Dunnett

Standard has more realistic feedback but max drives more realistically. I always use max because it's faster and easier to drive, it just doesn't feel as good.

Muhi

thx m8!
do you have more details about steering? some tips and tricks? :)

i leave my G27 in 200 degrees as a go kart has a little bit more than a 180 degrees rotation, but dont use even half of it...

James Beer

yeah i leave my g27 at 200 then for like iracing i move it up to 900

Muhi

thx guys!
and about in setup steer, ratio and ackermann both on MAX?

Nathan Dunnett

Yes I pretty much always use max.

200 degrees in go kart? oh i dont know it... always use 180 , need to change... UPD: but in game setting no 200 value of wheel degree...

Nathan Dunnett

Just set it to 900 in the Logitech profile and in game, it sorts it out for you.

ingame it should be about 180 degrees, but on your g27 profile you should leave about 200...

but leaving both on maximum settings (900 on the profile and ingame) would work as good! ;)

keep using 180, dont like feelings after changes)
