I'd just email PiBoSo (support@kartracing-pro.com) with your email address that completed the paypal transaction.  Shouldn't be an issue for him to locate and reply with your key.

for me was the same but i made like this: go to documents/piboso/kartracing pro and there should be a file called license open it and copy your key and then open the game and paste it.
