Kart keep falling in Xplex

With the track Xplex i go out of the pits and i fall threw like this invisible hole?    and i just keep falling and falling,  is it just me or is people having the same problem?

Had the same issue at one track when I ran wide on a corner you would never conceivably run wide on. Got the kart to a couple hundred Km/h though which was funny. Will take a parachute next time
