Beta 7 output plugin

I've tried getting the Beta 7 output plugin to work, but without success.  I had no issues when using Beta 6.  But the example file for 7 is not outputting anything.  It's as if the sim doesn't recognize the plugin.  Any ideas on what I may be doing wrong?

Have you renamed the plugin extension from DLL to DLO?
