recently started playing krp again and wondering if anyone still makes tracks or if anyone has any of the updated tracks such as the new whitlon mill or dunkeswell karting track etc etc

Hi and welcome back! As you have probably noticed, this forum is essentially dead and flooded with spammers, PiBoSo doesn't maintain it anymore. The community has moved to Discord - https://discord.gg/AmTF6SA

As for the tracks, as far as I know, Dunkeswell doesn't exist in KRP and the updated Whilton Mill can be found at OKL league (a monthly fee is required to get access to their mods though) or you can purchase it from Carl's AC Mods (you'll see a link to their Discord in #mod-downloads chat on KRP Discord).
