I fixed the kerbs by moving 100+ vertices.   Made a denser 3d grass.tga so that i could lower the density in the .grs file.  Also deleted a buch of excessive polys.
Hopefully FPS is improved at High quality settings.

Thanks Evo, great improvement. :) The curbs are better, which makes the last chicane more difficult and my fps with 3d-gras on improved from 50-60 to 120.

120 acceptable or should i reduce 3d grass further more.  It went from 150 to 50 density

For me it's ok now.
To give you a comparison, I just drove some slow laps and watched the fps again.
I used the build in fps counter.
RacingDreamzKartTrack:                100 - 190 fps, mostly around 120
Lonato and Essay:                         180 - 260 fps, mostly around 210

Is there a particalar area where it drops?  or all over the FPS is like that.

There moutian in the background has alot of polys and so do the stands where the people are.  I used invdsible colidable walls and made objects that are coldiable low poly.
I dont know how to imrprove the fps without losing the looks now. maybe the grass is still to dense.  I wonder what density is used at Lonato and Essay.  The texture is so nice and real looking (must be dense)

Can you test with 3d grass off?

With 3d-grass disabled I get between 220 and 330 fps.
At the 180° turn with a look to the stands I get the lowest fps (220), see attached picture. When I look to the mountains (from S/F) I have >300fps. When I leave the pits it's about 250fps.

its driveable though?  I may not update it until Racing Dreamz get their hands on it request some more changes.

that was fun! Sorry i am slow.

How can i make the track better?  the ground texture is prretty good. Less rubber looking than Lydd.  Maybe i did tile it too small.  Any kerbs that should change or be removed?
