Multiplayer doesn't work!!!!

when I click in the multiplayer screen on "WORLD" the game says me "Connection Timeout".
I have the full version.
Did you have any ideas to solve this problem???

open ur ports and check firewall settings

ich bekomme das nicht hin
ich habe das Spiel in der Firewall zugelassen und bestätigt. Es funktioniert trotzdem nicht!!
Kannst du es bitte ausführlich und auf Deustch erklären??

Es geht. Es lag nicht an der Firewall sondern an meinem einzelnem Anti-Virenprogramm!!
