PANPAN

I'm driving at Spa on a regular basis.
The most funny corner there is the dubble left downhill.
Heavy breaking just before down to 4th gear than 5th in the middle to finish flatout of 5th before 180°
Huge compression, banking.  If you have neck problems, don't go there too often.

By the way, when somebody will try to modelise this circuit ?
For information, this track is expected to be extended during the winter (No real official announcement but ...)

I also had the honor to drive on the big Spa circuit in competition.
The greatest corner I know there is the "Red Water" sequence of corners.
Awesome.
I was driving in a category where it was just possible to take it flatout of 6th (For the best cars)
No mistake possible, no hesitate possible.  Huge balls requested.

Other kart track fascinating corners for me is the S sequences in Kerpen when driving clockwise.
Best regards,
Raoul

If you have the feeling that everything is under control, this means you are not driving fast enough.  (S.Moss)

Yes Spa is a great track and it'll be great if someone can make it.

And do you know more about the track in real. I heard it was unsafe because of the wall on the outside of the last corner. Because of that our last race was cancelled there and moved to Berghem.

A small video of a trial day with my kart.  Angle of camera is not perfect but this gives an idea.

I personally find the corner just before more risky.  But this is personal.  The fact is that the track is not really safe.  Improvements are expected but I never heard of real accidents on this wall (Lot of protections in front of it)

Raoul
