Definitely not, though I'm not quite sure why you haven't purchased a Steam version (it's easier and often cheaper), but anyway. When contacting PiBoSo, did you include your first name, last name and the email address as they appear in your PayPal receipt? Omitting the details requested by the developer may be a reason for the lack of an answer.
