I have tested the new cam files, but i can't get them to change, i see no difference from default.
I have installed them into the proper folders, but any changes i make do not show in the game..
i did notice that the names of the cams have been changed.. name = Helmet   vs  name = Onboard 1
or whatever the helmet can is called by default.. not sure what i'm doing wrong....lol..  I have made big changes.

In your helemt folder you should have  helmet.tga, visor.tga, and visor#1.tga (for rain)
you can copy and paste visor.tga and rename to visor#1.tga.

you can also put these in a paint folder so it acts as the base helmet when you pack the .tga files all together.

when you pack the .tgas in PaintEd goto dir read at the top
browse to this folder
make sure to name the paint in the bottom left field whether is a kart or helemt then pack it and copy to
program files > kart racing pro > drivers > paints (for helmets)
or
program files > kart racing pro > karts > paints>   t_ks1,t_kc1,t_kc3   or   c_ks1, c_kc1, c_kc3  (for karts)

ok.. i found that changing the helmet cam in the file you sent will only change it in the replay mode
while driving, you can not change the helmet / cockpit view, i want to lower my FOV, and move my driver / cockpit view more to the rear.
is that possible.?

is there a file to alter similar to the replay camera file to change the cockpit view position if your are using a Simulation setup where you sit in an actual kart
Driving views editing is not possible.
How should the position change in an hardware simulation setup?
Please note that at the moment the onboard camera is very close to the eyes' position.
