Can't Get Mouse To Bottom Menu

Please help!  I did something in graphics to make it so that my mouse won't go down past mid page.  I can't click on settings to change anything, or play obviously.  I'm a computer gaming noob, so if you could, I need very detailed responses.  Thanks!

P.S.
I run games on 1920x1080, and I did this for a while just fine with KRP.  It seems like this happened when I changed from bilinear to trilinear.

The settings are written to a file called "profile.ini"
Normaly this file can be found under "My Documents"\PiBoSo\Kart Racing Pro\YOUR_NICKNAME

You can try to edit this file manually. Open it with your editor and scroll down to the [gfx] section. The line "texturefilter" is for switching between bilinear (=0) and trilinear (=1).
Set the value to 0 and save.

If you have no success, the hard way is to rename profile.ini and next time you start KRP a new one will be created but all your settings will be lost.

Excellent!  I got it.  The problem was changing from 16 bits to 32 bits.  I don't even know what this does.  Back to 16 bits and I can play again!  Thanks dude!
