Frame rate issues

Hi.
The last couple of days I have been having a really slow frame rate in testing. This has never been a problem before. All I have done recently is install the latest version of adobe reader and a small fix in the files to allow me to host servers. I am no I.t wizz but has anyone got any ideas?
