Hi,
Just wondering if there was anyone available to edit a track that I have.
The kerbs tend to put the kart into a spin every time you touch them.
Just wondering if someone was able to edit it so that this didnt happen
Thanks

Is it your own track that you have created?

Or a track that someone else has made and you have just downloaded?

It sounds like the track may use 3d geometry for the outer rumble strips. I’ve experimented with this and the new physics model seems to spin the kart if there is no throttle applied on a 3d rumble strip. I sent a message to PiBoSo about getting this resolved but I’m not sure if I got an answer.

If this is a track you made, use invisible planes over the 3d outside kerb and export the .trp file using the invisible planes over the kerbs. Then remove the invisible planes from the scene and export the .map file. This will have all the benefits of good looking 3d kerbs with the stability of the regular kerb surface. Hope this helps.

Its a track that I have downloaded.
There is no way that I would capable of doing what you guys do.
I could probably spend a life time trying and wouldnt even come close.

If its a track that you have downloaded, then the original maker of the track has to edit the track, no one else can.

That's the exact attitude every modder had when they first started. If you've ever seen photos of the first leopard model it was hilarious how bad it was compared to the OK and X30 models I've done, same goes for a lot of my early tracks.
