Logging into races online

Hello all,

When I open the servers list nothing is listed under BROWSE LOCAL.  So when I click GLOBAL, it then tells me INVALID LOGIN PLEASE LOGIN. 
I purchased the CD license key thru the website.  That is not an issue.
