HDR mod. Any one know how to program

Would anyone have the skills to adapt the live for speed HDR mod to KRP?  It was orginally designed for GTA
I opend the .dll in resource hacker and looked at the .ini file

there are only two files so the configuration of the mod must be somewhere

You paste this in the LFS  folder and it just works shift + backspace disables/enables

I tried to paste this in the KRP folder but nothing happend.  Obviously it more complicated. I wondering if anyone has an idea?

Maybe I'm wrong, but afaik KRP runs with opengl and this mod is for directx. So it can not work with KRP.

forgot that little detail.  The mod is pretty nice once the settings are dailed in
