How to make an engine

Hey Guys,

I'm very sorry but I didn't found a tutorial for making engines. I don't want to do a 3d model I just eant to change the engine specifivations. For example the PS or the weight of the kart.

Could anybody give me an short description how to to that. And I also want a new name for it.

So for example I won't an Mini60 with more PS and I want to name it MiniPowerEngine. What I have to do?
